Abstracts that do not comply with the submission guidelines will be rejected.

Please note that this abstract submission is open only to postgraduate students and is not applicable to undergraduate students.

Guidelines:

• Each author should submit only one paper as a primary author and only one additional paper as a co-author.
• An author may co-author up to two papers, provided that they are not the primary author of any paper. 
• Authors must acknowledge the use of any AI tools in their abstracts.
• Certificates will be issued only to authors who present their papers at the conference.
• If a co-author is presenting the paper, they must pay the presenter’s registration fee. If the co-author is not presenting but attends the conference as a participant, they must pay the participant’s registration fee.
• The conference kit will be provided only to registered authors, co-authors and participants.
• Decisions made by reviewers and organizers on accepted manuscripts are final.
• Presentations will be spread around the three days of the conference to ensure maximum participation, and individual requests for preferential scheduling cannot be accepted except for exceptional circumstances.
